1400 N. Greenview St, Chicago IL, Owned by a Cook County Sheriff, where Child Murder transpired in approx. April 1992, where a Latino seriously abused 2 of his chilldren tying them to space heaters, window bars, and bunk beds, and unfortunately murdered 1 of the children, which dead body stayed in the residences basement for approx. 2 weeks till removed by the Chicago Police department...Where Laveau, resided between Late Nov. 1992- Mar. 93, and left with a couple dying of A.I.D.'S. (Cynthia & Joseph Burn's)

Lake Street Glenview, IL, next to the at time Glenview Naval Air Station, where in approx. 1965 Philip Laveau,(the drafters uncle) tied his wife Mary Laveau) in the attic of the building where was discovered her night gown, wrist restraints, and numerous toys that belonged to the Laveau and eastyman families that resided in the building from 1065-80...ALL ITEMS MANUFACTURED BEFORE 1965, WITH DUST CONSISTENCY THAT WOULD HAVE TAKEN OVER 20 YEARS TO ACCUMULATE...And also a Jerry Mahalic used I.V. drugs during a keg party in apprx. 1992... which he admitted to the original detectives in 1995, and his D.N.A. proved...

Daniel Laveau, files for Immediate actions and remedies, with the Circuit Court of Cook County, a serious natured Civil complaint involving The City of Chicago and Chicago police department, operating in a premeditated criminal undertaking in violation of Laveau's Civil Rights, in a design to conceal an operation/joint task force with the FBI, Serial Murder, Child Kidnapping, Violent Crime, Special Agent Task Force, operating in an unlawful Enhanced Interrogation, wielding the powers of The City of Chicago's dangerous corrupt machine.

2. Laveau, after arriving at an employment sight Lincoln Street fair approx. July 20th 2014, after arriving at the sight and getting his assignment to set up, stock, and help operate a retail booth, Chicago Police employed by the Special Events Promoters to do fairground security, etc. were witnessed making Intentional malicious statements to the booth operators and patrons of the event of Laveau being a convicted sex offender(Laveau Has never been arrested or convicted of any sex offense in his life), to have sexually assaulted his friends dead children named Marcus, Chaste, and Denico, all Laveau's friends children unfortunately that have died of A.I.D.'s over 15 years ago, numerous unknown Chicago police officers stated laveau sexually assaulted and murdered a Polish boy discovered in a fire on Cortland street, and planted animal feces and dog urine around the sight of employment stating they with the FBI WERE GOING TO IMPORT IT, TO ASSAULT LAVEAU, via law enforcement officials carrying it and placing it in his direct paths of travel and or place on items they handled (toys & water guns, Etc), in a malicious design of a criminal undertaking...and retaliation for Laveau seeking Investigation and filing in Washington D.C. a Petition with the United States Congress via filing with Janice Konkowsky, for the Appointment of Independent Counsel, because of the severe conflict of interest inside the Chicago law enforcement establishment,etc...
3. Upon Laveau leaving the employment sight he confronted a Latino Chicago Police Officer that Identified himself as a Chicago Police officer wearing a Chicago Police Badge around his neck that was witnessed making the dangerous statements to the event crowd and booth patrons to get CARTE BLANCHE OPERATING POWERS, to Hinder/Stop employment of Laveau, in one of numerous planned series of event, to cause financial injury to stop Laveau from having means to survive, and cause a direct threat towards his life trying to get a unlawful confession to crimes he never committed. Using a direct threat technique of crowd mob riot threats to over burden, Because of the direct criminal involvement of the Chicago Police Department, and the conduct he is at time in the United States Congress Seeking the Appointment of Independent Counsel to Investigate and criminally prosecute,Etal...Involving personal family criminal involvement of the Chicago police, and their personal family members operating in a Code of Silence, wielding powers of the dangerous Chicago police corrupt machine...

4. After leaving the event at Lincoln Ave Chicago, ILL, Approx. July 20th 2014, Laveau was Assaulted by a Latino Governmental Informant named Manzo Williams,( Williams is also believed to be a Chicago Police officer’s relative that works in Area 4) working with the Chicago Police that, Laveau witnessed receiving and disseminating data of the numerous criminal investigations he is wrongfully accused of committing, targeted for ( Homicides/Kidnappings of Latinos, Etc), and operating in an intentional manner to create hostile threats and insight violence towards Laveau.
5. Laveau while he was sleeping with his shoes off and a hat over his head, was immediately after giving a copy of the petition filed in Washington D.C. seeking numerous Chicago Police Investigation and criminal Indictments, was Assaulted by Williams, repeatedly kicked/Kneed and punched in the head. Medical attention was provided by Wiese Hospital.
6. During the Assault Laveau called 911 numerous times to be hung up on after stating the serious nature of the mitigating factors demanding the assailants arrest and immediate police protection and to have a restraining order place against him , because of the threat of further immediate physical injury and harm,etc..
7. After 45 minutes to an hour upon the police arriving a Latino Chicago Police officer refused to arrest Williams after being informed of the incident earlier in the day at the Lincoln Ave events show and that in violation of federal and state law in a retalitorial planned series of events Laveau was assaulted because he had a personal conflict of interest and to deny documentation of the assault and incident of why he was assaulted after giving a copy of the petition filed in Washington to a moonlighting Chicago police officer refused to do his sworn job to protect the public.
8. In one of numerous planned series of events the Chicago police had Williams insight a fight, violent assault while he was sleeping to cause retalitorial injuries and get him kicked out of the Chicago Housing Program where he had 24 hr a day Internet access and drafted the online petition which is the same petition the Chicago police officer was given, to impede legal work and force Laveau to reside in a highly dangerous area of the Chicago Police area 4, the Chicago police Laveau is seeking to place under criminal investigation and indictment,Etal. Where Laveau has been nothing but threatened with death and retalitorially harassed in a planned series of event to keep him out of the immediate means of exposing their criminal corruption and misconduct,etc...

August 10th 2014 Laveau was going to meet a employer at the Western Ave & Augusta St. at a special event (Carnival), where upon him getting 2 blocks from the event Chicago Police had a unknown Polish individual directly walk in front of him stating he was a Cortland, a locality of where a Polish boy was discovered in a fire in 1992, and started to threaten Laveau with Immediate death by stabbing, stating they wanted a confession to the murder of the boy discovered in the fire on Cortland. A psychological tactic/ploy of the behavior Science division of the FBI and Chicago Police Department in a joint task force unlawful planned series of events,etc...to elicit a incriminating statement...
10. Upon Laveau entering the fairgrounds and walking into it approx. 100 feet 10 or more Chicago Police with were backs turned to Laveau stated they were going put a circle around him and stab him if he did not give a confession to the Murder of the boy discovered in the fire on Cortland in 1992 in a rubber processing plant storage yard placing "Laveau in the Direct Threat of Immediate Death, unlawfully trying to get a confession to crimes he never committed, solely to get Immunity or Acquittal of the serious misconduct Laveau is seeking on the Chicago FBI, State of Illinois Police, and Chicago Police."
11. All law enforcement officials involved in the joint task force believe they can keep Laveau unemployed by entering into any employment sight(Werts beverage warehouse & stops, Automated Marketing, any place he submits application,Jewels, Pete's Groceries, Etc.) by making intentional reckless statements of him being a convicted sex offender and to have assaulted numerous children, and or to have murdered numerous children and or to be a dangerous sociopath obsessed with serial murderers, Etc...in one of numerous planned series of event to hinder/stop Laveau from being employed and having means to getting their corruption and misconduct investigated and criminally prosecuted, and have means to reside in a white area of his own race, while using dangerous organized crime street gangs, Parolees, and the Chicago corrupt west side to conceal their criminal activities.

Daniel J. Laveau, presents a factual complaint of major fraud and unlawful conduct of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation's Chicago field office and Chicago Police Department, involving a special joint task force that has operated in a contiual wrong with fraudulent concealment since May, 1992.

Laveau witnessed after the Chicago Police Department contacted his probation officer that he was being followed, where 2 woman that looked as Chicago Police (one with short black hair Irish and the other long brown curly hair Polish/black mixed or well tanned) were entering into theaters, restaurants, hotels, and public parks, where Laveau was taking his girlfriends to on dates. A Chicago Police officers EX wife "Christian Cwick" that resided at 1881 N Cortland ST Chicago ILL, Were numerous times upon Laveau in public areas of recreation he was harassed by Chicago Police uniformed officers coming up to him and his dates asking if she was alright after May, 1992 till 1993 intill he was unfortunately incarcerated as a detainee in the Cook County Jail on a probation violation. this Chicago Police officers, Ex wife's husband resided 6 blocks away from the Laveau's families residence right down the block from his father in law "Kenneth Kohonen", and they were both friends and knew each other, a Chicago Police officer assigned to the "California & Shakespeare Station , the same jurisdiction where 2 Kidnappings, 1 roof top sniping, 1 stabbing, and 1 drive by shooting "Laveau" was targeted for transpired. "That he never committed".
